My Story

My story of how I got into real estate development isn’t the most normal!

I graduated from Lafayette College in 2004 with a Psychology degree, and quickly found myself running the marketing departments for a few start up companies in New York City. Wanting to spread out from office life, I took my interest in marketing and started my own record label, promoting and developing a musician.

Being surrounded by such creative and artistic people, I found my own creative inspiration, with architecture and design. I got my NY real estate license, and started selling apartments. I was obsessed with studying the design of every apartment I showed to clients. I constantly was coming home inspired to redesign the space of my own condo to make it feel more unique and styled. I was getting hooked on real estate, and the transformational process of design.

I bought and designed a few condos for myself in NY, but in 2013 I took the plunge and bought a small home in Florida that was in need of a gut renovation with the intent to sell it. I was very lucky to be mentored along the way by some of the best builders, real estate agents, and designers in the area. I learned a ton, set up a great team, made some money and was hooked and onto the next project!

10 years later, that small reno project blossomed into building multiple spec homes in Florida, Utah, NY and NJ, and renovating lots of homes, apartments, and even a tiny house on wheels. To date, I’ve sold over 30 million dollars of my own projects!

I have learned a tremendous amount along the way, and had some incredible people in their fields educate me on all aspects of real estate, design and development. I’ve built great teams in various locations to continue working with, and I’m constantly on the hunt for new inspiration, techniques, and untapped markets.

I am still developing spec properties, and always looking for great development partners and projects, but I would love to now expand my creative abilities and industry knowledge to help others clients create their dream homes.
